This coverage is included on all CHOICE policies and is also available as an optional coverage in California and Florida on our non-standard policy. It helps pay rental car costs when your insured vehicle is disabled as the result of a covered accident or loss. 16. How do I report a claim? |

If you are involved in an accident call us at 888-811-4054 to report your claim 24 hours a day/7 days a week. |

17. Who handles my claim and how can I get in touch with them? |
| |
Once your claim is filed, it will be assigned a claim number. Your claim will then be handled by a claims adjuster. You can contact your adjuster by calling 888-811-4054 and having your claim number available. |

18. Will the payment of my claim be affected if my car is financed? |
| |
The lienholder will be included on the settlement check. |

19. Will making a claim have an impact on my premium? |
| |
Several factors are used in determining your premium if a claim has been reported. Some of those factors include total repair costs, at fault determination and coverage(s) paid. |

20. If property is stolen from my vehicle, will my auto insurance cover this loss? |

No, your auto policy does not cover personal property that may be stolen from your car. In some states, your homeowner's policy may cover this loss. You should check with your agent. If you own a condo or rent an apartment and you live in California, you can purchase a condo or renters policy from mydowntowninsurance.com which does cover these types of losses. |
